Privacy Policy of CoffeeCloud

This is the privacy policy of CoffeeCloud. The document explains our policies for the collection, use and disclosure of machine- and personal data.

THE INFORMATION WE COLLECT

We collect information by various methods including information actively provided by our dealers, our distributors, our customers and machine data sourced on the CoffeeCloud. From CoffeeCloud we do not collect personal data such as credit card data, financial information or any data that would be categorized as sensitive personal information.

The CoffeeCloud protocols and systems, do not hack actively or passively other systems and is designed in a way where infiltration on the network is close to impossible.

HOW WE USE THE INFORMATION

We use and collect information to ensure that the actual machine performs to the quality standards set by Scanomat and to help us provide the best service possible, including customer service, troubleshooting, updating of software, solving of technical challenges etc. – and in general, terms to reduce potential downtime of a machine.

WITH WHOM IS THE INFORMATION SHARED

We may provide the machine data to subcontractors, advisers, engineers and technicians who are to assist our customers. We do not disclose data to any person who is not involved in the operation of the machine, only individuals who deal with the machine technically, service- or sales-wise will have access to the data, and we do not disclose financial information to any authorities which have relation to the machine.

SECURITY

We store data in highly secure and certified data centres. In order to prevent unauthorized persons from gaining access to our data, it is stored and encrypted using secure AES-256 bit encryption. We are ISO 27001 certified and accepted by PCI Security Standards Council and recognized by AICPA. Whenever we transmit/stream data we always strive to make use of the latest and highest standards within the encryption technology scheme.

If you want to whitelist the CoffeeCloud service in your IT infrastructure you can use the following information.

IP: 52.18.157.6  - Only port 80 for http, and port 443 for HTTPS needs to be open

CHANGES TO THIS PRIVACY POLICY

We may amend this policy from time to time. If such amendments affect how we use or dis- close the information already held by us in a material way, we will obtain consent. Please see the 'Last updated' date at top of this site.
