BBRE invest in the TopBrewer experience for Collaborative Hub at The White Building
The White building is owned by property investment and development company, Boultbee Brooks Real Estate (BBRE) and located in a prime position in Kings Road, Reading, with seven floors including a roof terrace.
The property was re-developed to create a non-corporate, commercial work place, built to bring a new kind of energy into the workplace environment with a unique, modern style suited to a wide range of businesses.
The design has helped to create a sense of community in the building and, with this fresh approach in mind, provides an inspiring working environment that helps occupiers attract and stimulate its most important assets; its staff and clients.
It’s our job to create a great and lasting impression for visitors and the TopBrewer is a real talking point.
The White Building installed their TopBrewer in the reception break-out space
The light and airy reception co-exists as a communal breakout area and includes touch down points, an informal meeting area, coffee offering and a concierge service.
TopBrewer was selected by BBRE following a recommendation from Portico, their concierge service provider, as the only option for a premium coffee solution to perfectly complement the modern, streamlined and high-tech aesthetics of the new workplace environment.
The TopBrewer has a unique and discrete under-counter design, stylish swan-neck tap and app-controlled operation that delivers a full menu of specialty coffee, hot water and hot chocolate.
The TopBrewer is used by tenants, staff and also visitors, who are hosted by the concierge service and offered coffee on arrival.
Everyone loves it and people are fascinated by how they can order premium, specialty coffee using an app and their phone.
One of the tenants at The White Building, Roc Search, loved the TopBrewer so much that they have installed one in their own office.
TopBrewer provides a wide range of barista-style, bean-to-cup beverages from a sleek swan neck tap, with the machine itself discreetly housed under the counter to provide a clutter-free service area.
Staff and visitors make drinks to their exact requirements through the iPad set into the worktop or through the app on their phone.
