Fitz & Knox is Wales’ first co-living space, providing luxury studio apartments alongside extensive premium shared amenities. In addition to residential living, Fitz & Knox features dedicated, bookable workspaces for modern businesses, startups, and remote workers.
Fitz & Knox decided to include a TopBrewer in their club lounge to provide premium self-serve coffee, delivering fresh bean-to-cup coffee that also creates a WOW moment for residents and guests.
The club lounge serves as a co-working space for residents, giving remote workers an exclusive environment to work from. This area was designed to support focus, productivity and meaningful collaboration, with TopBrewer seamlessly fitting into this environment. The sleek, minimalist design elevates the clutter-free appearance of the area, leaving space for conversation and productivity amongst workers.

Premium Coffee, Half the Cost
By opting for a SumUp machine with their TopBrewer, Fitz & Knox are able to offer premium coffee to their residents and guests for a subsidised price - working out at about half as much as a high street coffee.
Having this service saves residents and guests from needing to leave the site for their daily caffeine fix, providing them with coffee better than the local barista, but for a fraction of the cost.

Roasted in Denmark at Scanomat HQ, Amokka is shaped by a Nordic approach to coffee, focusing on clarity, balance, and the coffee’s natural character. I am a resident where the service is installed in a communal lounge/work area. Having used this service several times a day for over a month, I can attest to the fabulous nature of their coffee! the machine is well stocked and maintained.
