Primary Role

You will help a number of departmental areas, ensuring that our customers receive timely and effective communication and solutions. The ideal candidate will possess keen problem solving and time management skills with the ability to communicate across all levels.

 

To provide assistance to the Technical Support Desk and other departments with:

  • Engineer, Barista, Filter planning & appointments
  • Shift and holiday administration
  • Resolution of customer queries & reporting
  • Parts management and field support
  • End of day completion routines
  • Installation planning, liaison and follow up
  • Cover for Holiday and Sickness

These are indicative of the tasks required but not exhaustive.

Location: Home based – in short commuting distance from Rugby

Hours: Monday to Friday hrs. (full-time) 8-5pm – 1hr lunch

Salary: £25,396.80

Requirements

  • Working with IOS based systems and software, Office suite, Microsoft Dynamics 365, Teams.
  • Maintaining concise and accurate documentation of customer interactions and resolutions for future reference.
  • Communicating effectively with customers to ensure they understand the solutions provided and all works are concluded within service level agreed times.
  • Collaborate with other technical teams to escalate complex issues when necessary.

Experience

  • Experience in a customer service or technical support role would be advantageous but a positive attitude and desire to learn is essential.
  • Good general IT literacy and administrative skills.
  • Strong communication is essential for this role with great written and verbal skills.
  • Some knowledge of complaint handling would be useful.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Interest in the Coffee Industry would be beneficial but not crucial.
