As a Business Support Administrator you will support our already very strong back office support team, working from home you need to be self-motivated, versatile, flexible and able to deal with all customer requirements. You will have strong written and verbal customer service skills.

Location: Work from home (commutable to Rugby)

Hours: Full-Time Monday - Friday (hours to be agreed)

Salary: £22,500

The Role

Your primary role will be:

  • To be the first point of contact for all accounting queries
  • To manage the credit control process with the support of the Business Support Manager
  • To send out credit control emails and manage daily responses
  • Ensure all systems are kept up to date with payment terms
  • Keep all customer files up to date on our bespoke systems
  • Support with raising consumable orders
  • Raise customer invoices and quotes for PO approvals
  • Provide customer delivery information
  • Supply general support and admin to the sales team, barista team, technicians, and management team

Skills and Experience

Skills and experience:

√ You will have strong written and verbal customer service skills 
√ Educated to GCSE standard in English & Maths 
√ Proficient in MS Office 
√ Experience of using MS Dynamics and/or other similar systems 
√ Excellent administrative and organisational skills
